  This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cancelled an account in writing by email. They terminated the service and then picked up the equipment. I thought I was done. But then I received a series of letters and calls asking for more information. Then I got a BILL for service - 3 months after picking up the equipment. Then I got a letter saying "We received verbal notice of the possible cancellation of your security alarm monitoring account" which ended nicely in "if we dont receive a written notification (which I already provided 3 months ago) the account would be cancelled (hmm?) and sent to collections (huh?)"? What kind of company is this?

  Alarm Funding Associates is a horrible alarm monitoring and security company. They rarely call when our alarm has went off. Even more pathetic is the fact that when we switched to a new alarm monitoring provider who disconnected the alarm system for a full day while doing upgrades, Alarm Funding Associates NEVER called us to inquire why our alarm system went offline. What if this has been an actual emergency? In my opinion, they are a total sham and aren't providing the actual monitoring you pay them for. I give them an F-.
