  After 13 years our hardwood floors began to show some wear in a few places so we had Bob Wagner's Flooring America in West Chester do a refinishing. This was August 2016. Within a month we noticed areas of the floor showing fine scratches. These were not even the high-traffic areas, and our floors never looked this bad before the refinishing. It did not bother us so much that the coating was also smeared on our wall trim - but the fact that our floors seemed unprotected really bothered us as more scratches kept appearing (yes we do take shoes off when we enter the house). We first reported the scratches in Nov 2016. We were directed to work with our original sales person who we found out later was no longer there, so we logged more messages with customer service. No action was taken until more calls got us a visit in Sept 2017 (almost a year after we first reported the issue). The person who came out actually said that the water-based flooring treatment may not protect against fine scratches. My jaw dropped on that remark, but at least the guy did acknowledge that our floors should not be showing the wear like this. He said that a person named Jennifer would be calling us to discuss what can be done, but after a month and three calls we still have not heard anything. I called in October 2017 and asked to speak with the head of customer service – a person named Harry I was told. Of course, Harry was with a customer – so I was told he will call back that day. I will update this review as well as a report with the BBB pending the response I get from Bob Wagner’s West Chester location.

  Tony Pasche waited on me and assisted me in selecting tile for my master bathroom. He suggested amazing color combinations and textures for my space. The installation was quick and it looks amazing. Thanks, Tony!!
